Question about the C-130H

Last model I worked on only three of them out there.
EC-130J Interesting mission but not Rescue.

I am not shure if the snow birds that go to antartica still use them or not? Good question.

OK they went with the LC-130 which is basically a J model. Way more horsepower on take off. From what I remember on our slicks there were no Jato mounts behind the air deflectors in the rear.

The 2-engined C-130 lookalike is a C-160 Transall, a German-French effort. It reverses, too.
