I'm looking for the way to remove the rain gutter trim from a 72 Sat. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Old bottle opener and time. Start at one end and go slowly. 1" or 2 at a time. Use a thin piece of cardboard between the opener and the face of the trim. That is if your trying to save the trim.

It prys off from the bottom edge. If you look at it, you'll see how it is made. Al I have ever used is a rag, a good pair of pliers....sometimes a tie rod adjusting too and a pocket knife. You just have to be very careful and take your time. If you get in a hurry you'll spring it and it'll be useless. I've had the best luck starting at the front and working backwards.

Thanks Mopar & Rusty, the trim came off easily, once I got one end started, the rest came off using my hands only.

Just remember, installation is an exact reversal. Get the top in the groove first and pop on the bottom.
