This looks like the actual brewery where the product is made, and is just down the road from the Police Station HQ where a lot of the forensic paperwork is handled. I had to film a re-enactment of my attempts to save a 2-yo boy there a few years ago, twice - the photographer forgot to load the film cassette the first time.
Tui is famous for that advertising campaign nationwide.
