Yes, she does look young. Here is my niece. She is a Marine chopper pilot and she is a USNA graduate (class of 2012). Not only is she cute, young and patriotic, she is serving our nation! Can you tell that I am a proud uncle? Her only mistake so far is that she didn't go USAF

Dear moderators, the removal of the tender blossom photo is disappointing.
It is possible to enjoy a blossom without imagining rolling in the garden.
And the simple honest smile in that photo was worth so much more in appeal than any of the more mature examples.
I have many old cheesecake teen photos I took 40 years ago. Photographer guys 10 years older than I know have stuff now illegal.
What to do?
I'm willing to believe she was 18, and this was no different from any picture at a beach.
To be consistent, consider that no cheese-cakey photos are published.
I understand your situation.
I lament your responsibility to conform to correctness.
