What do the green, green with yellow tip, and black rounds mean?

I believe the red is a tracer.

I believe white (not pictured) is incendiary (white phosphorus)

The black could actually be "natural" which would be a plain round.
Green is non armor piercing regular round, black IS armor piercing round, blue is an incendiary round to catch **** on fire, red is a tracer round, yellow is an observation round that creates a puff of smoke on impact to locate the hit point.

...and the rounds I had were M16, so could be different.
