Unless code won't let you. NEC is getting so stupid these days - certain number of outlets every so-odd feet of wall space; min height; max height...don't even get me started on the $$tupid arc-fault breaker requirement...I've been there and moving the light switch up is what I demanded. Then the raised panels need to be lowered. I have done things that were ridiculous and costly. At some point It's another few days and a few more dollars in my pocket.Unless code won't let you.
