If you like Jeep over Dodge, the Grand Cherokee L is the 3-row version...
When I got rid of my last truck I needed something to haul a little something once in awhile. This Durango will hold a bunch with all the seats folded down. I lined the inside with moving pads and fill it up. Lay the passenger front seat down and I can load over 60 studs without touching anything. I never use the third row and it's always folded down, but, I figured if I was going to get something that had the option, might as well get it. I'm getting to the point that hauling is slowly going away and when I'm ready, I'll downsize to a Grand Cherokee. It might be awhile, this 2019 Durango only has 17, 200 miles on it, 10 year, 100,000 mile bumper to bumper. I really like it, I can't say it's been good to me, it doesn't have any miles on it, so it shouldn't have any problems. It'll be gone by 50,000 miles. I have a car wash pass I bought, it looks like this, if I have to have it washed everyday!!! LOL. I hate a dirty car, big time!!!

Had on and loved it, the only jeep I would buy now. I drive a Durango now, longer, three row seating, than a Grand Cherokee and when I go shorter, it will be a Grand Cherokee.
We had a 2015 Durango and really liked it, too. We had it 6 years and used the third seat about 3 times. Now, our grandsons are too tall to sit back there. When we decided to trade, we figured we no longer needed that third seat, so that put us into the shorter GC. So far, we have not regretted it. The 3.6 V-6, coupled to the 8-speed automatic is a good combination of power and fuel economy.

Mine is a 3.6 and pulls that 5000 pound hog down the road very nicely. 25 to 28 mpg on the highway, 17 to 18 in town. The back seat is just there and that's about it. Thanks for your thoughts, that helps. I'd buy it tomorrow, but, my wife just looks at me like I'm crazy.
