Thats a super nice car! I saw it in person at the Adirondack Nationals in NY (where it looks like this picture was taken) this year, it was a senior best of the best trophy winner last year.

These propane heaters work real good for warming up the shop.
Just remember if you accidentally put gasoline in it, make sure you tie the drop cord off on something stable.

I use one that runs on kero, diesel, gasoline, JP8....heats the garage up pretty quick and as long as its at full operating temp there's no real odor. Startup and flame-out are really the only times I smell anything; it burns nice and clean.
