I am pretty sure this car is owned by a Cadillac collector in London, Ontario. He is our version of Jay Leno; very rich, but also very approachable. He used to host an annual charity car show, and still hosts a weekly summer cruise night on his estate. He collects other GM products, as well, and must have close to 100 vehicles.
