This was the concept car that was designed in 1963, right after the Avanti entered production. It was planned as a 1966 model, likely using the companies' current 289 engine. The company was running out of the cash to put it into production. Here is the Sceptre.

Those 'Sidewinder' side exhausts were a dealer installed option on those cars.
