Looks like it the rear cowl flipped up, I think.

Step 1- fold down windscreen.

Step 2- fold up cowl.

Step 3 - fold down cowl.

Step 4- fold up windscreen.

(Or instruct the chauffer to do so)

Second windshield folds down flat, cowl hinges upward, open the door, and climb in. Then do the reverse. Obviously easier with the top down.
