Probably a constant 6. We had a 1975 350 full time Blazer. Usually 13-15 mpg Imperial. Didn’t matter towing or not. That looks like it would get about 6 mpg .... downhill with a tailwind.
My quad cab Dakota,4x4, 360 got 14, no matter what you did to it.My aunt's husband had a E-350 with a 460.
10 MPG empty.
10 MPG fully loaded with books.

It was a 2000, first year Quad. It had 3.92 gears. It got 14.8 once. It didn't matter, it was the funniest truck to drive I ever had.14 is pretty good for a 5.9, especially a QC 4x4.
What gear?
My 5.9 CC with 3.92 gear can get 14.2, which was the record around 2002/3 on DakotaRT.com
...but I can make it get much worse.
My dad bought a Monaco just like that when I was young
