GREEN
My neighbor, 35, comes over to get me. He's pretty excited but won't say why. He moved in about 4 months before us. His families from Trinidad, but they lived in New York. He came down for a job and his dad needed a few more years to retire as a union Ironworker in New York. He was alone down here and we became fast friends and his feet have been under my table many times for supper. We talk and he's asked me about everything in life from cars to investing, including home maintenance. His parents moved down and he set them up to live with him, full apartment in the basement. He just got home with it and he wanted me to be the first to see it. He has two cars and a new SUV. So, what is it he got, straight from Japan....... 1999 Nissan Silvia Spec R, 61,000 miles, built! This kid's a trip and I'm very proud of him. By the way, he loves my Coronet and we've been out in it many times together.
