For comparison-

This is somewhat local to me.
Kind of an oddball, convertible with a 273 three speed manual.
LOTS of potential if you don't mind deviating from oddball stock.
4 speed floor shift (and nice, day 2 wheels) would totally change the character of the car.

It looks just as nice as the 67 500 and it's a convertible...and a manual.

It has been repainted, though.
Under hood is a wash between the two.

My brother (on the left) showed up yesterday to our party wearing a similar shirt as I was wearing. We always had similar tastes. Very funny coincidence.

Just inquiring, what kind leaves are those on the shirts?

Providing its as nice in person as the pictures look.

I'd buy that for 27 and he'd never sell it for around 20, in my opinion.

I agree on what would amount to a lowball bid for a dealer.

If the consignee were selling privately, I bet I'd have a shot in my price range.

I am still finding cars in similar condition, in the 15-20K range.

They are just fewer and farther between, and most are not local.

When considering the costs involved in a trip to see it, plus shipping, the car being local is worth a few thousand bucks.
