I just found two 383 motors with the 727 forsale by the same guy. The 66 motor doesnt run and the 67 motor does.
My question is on the 8 3/4 rear ends that are in the cars. I want to build a T bucket and I would like to know what the length of the rears are.
The first car is a 66 Chrysler New Yorker.
The Second car is a 67 Polar.
So does anyone know what the length of the rears are?
Like I said I want to build a T bucket and there is not many T buckets running around with a Mopar motor let alone a big block Mopar motor.
The fiber glass companies I've talked to have not built one and said when I do my frame I would have to get some messurments and then figure it up and add that many inches to the frame. They all said it sounded like a cool build idea and would like to see it done.
Thanks everyone for the help and info you can give me. This is a hard deal to pass up one motor, trans and rear (not running) $350.00 or one motor, trans and rear (running) $450.00 and that is delivered to me.
