Rear shoulder belts in a 1970 Charger

The car pictured looks to be a 68 or 69 Charger. The 1970 lower attachment point is in the side panel, not the axle hump as shown.

My 69 Coronet had the attachment points on the hump too. 1970 must've been the change year.
The belts lay down in a nicer pattern from the rocker panel.

I like the way that the belt looks with the lower attachment point in the side panel. It seems to me that it would be more comfortable when mounted there.
