All of a sudden it got loose.
How do you tighten them up?
Any fixes on this? Thanks W8

Would like to know myself mines gets a bit out of whack too

I want it to be adjustable not permanent
Do they reproduce them?

I took the plate off that holds the pivot and flattened the round area a bit with a hammer. It adds friction to the pivot point and makes it tighter again. Worked like a charm.

X2 on the hammer. Did it on mine and it worked like a champ.

X3. Sometimes even just the Phillips head screws that secure the stamped plate on the back side of the mirror base mount will just need tightening. You can try that first. If it doesn't work, then give it a few light taps with a hammer as mentioned above.

As said above, the rear view is a piece of cake. If the above doesn't quite do the trick, scuff the ball and/or socket with some 220.

It's the side mirrors that are a b!tch.
