I am going to install the rear window on my 69 charger. My question is the lower holes on the Dutchman panel. There are 9 holes but only 7 clips are used. I know there are two rubber stop blocks used to set the glass. I am guessing that they sit at the 2.25 measurement on each side. Did the factory blocks have locator pins that fit in these holes. Any help would be great. Thanks.

No one??

I think that hole should be seen from the trunk area if you open the trunk lid. It should be a drain hole, so the water will drain between the trunk lip and quarter. That is how the 66-7 Chargers are.
This if left open would allow water to drip into the trunk.

I just searched the same thing and from a post on the dc forum from 2012 the orginal blocks were attached with screws from the factory n this is why the two extra holes as no one offers it that way now.The blocks now just sit in place and are secured with sealant,n yes the 2.25 is approx where they should sit.

Perfect and thank you very much. One way or another it will be going together. It is just nice to know what was correct and how or why it was done that way. Thanks again and Merry Christmas.
