I have a console out of a 65 Plymouth Satellite. I need to rechrome the console before I use it.

Can anyone recommend a company that does good work at reasonable prices?

Thanks

Chrome and reasonably price are incompatible words. Sorry for being Mr. Downer.

Bare metal foil works great, but I don't know how durable it would be on a console. I had thought about using it on the bezels of my instrument cluster because you aren't touching it al the time.

I've used that stuff a bunch on models. It is just thin, adhesive backed chrome foil. You rub it onto the trim or emblem areas on models, paint the model, and wipe it back off where you want it to be chrome. It allows you to have chrome script emblems coming out of the paint. You can also paint it, then apply the foil and trim it cleanly with a VERY sharp scalpel/exacto knife. It stands up pretty well to buffing with a cloth too.
