I had the same problem when I tried to use paypal to order. Credit card worked fine.

What's the quality and feel like guys? Not planning to use them as actual everyday tool boxes but wondered if they felt as heavy as say a older craftsman tool box.

Mine are in my garage. Picked them up from Ace today along with some compressor oil and odds and ends.

I was in Ace today getting some other stuff, and they still had two in stock for 19.99, so as someone suggested this would make a great tool box for the trunk when going to shows and what not, so I finally picked one up!
