Hi all,
Has anyone had any experience with Elgin Industries rocker arm shafts?
I'm looking for some for a 383.
Thanks

No experience with these, but get the shafts from Mancini. Way better qualty!

The reason I was thinking about the Elgin shafts is because I'm having trouble finding other brands in stock anywhere.
I ordered a set of Melling shafts a month ago from jegs and they said that the manufacturer would not give them any idea when they would ship them.
Thanks

Elgin makes parts for the OEM. THey and Melling are 2 of the big manufacturers. It looks like Melling is out of stock places as well. Check your local parts stores, summit, rock Auto and the like.

Rocker Arms Unlimited might sell you some, or rebuild your shafts. They chrome them and size them. I send almost all of the rocker assemblies for motors I build to them. Talk to Gary.

Is Mancini out of stock too?
