I have had nothing but great service from Frank!

In the past I've bought some really good resto parts & paints from Frank.... Recently I bought some textured argent that honestly was no better than or possibly not even as good as the spray can stuff sold by Krylon... I know the EPA has taken away many of the ingredients that make up our specialized paints, there have been substitutions that change the finish but the result was always pretty good... This time the results were so poor I would have preferred they simply told me up front they couldn't sell an acceptable product... When a quart of sprayable costs $240 it should make me happy.... This didn't even come close...
