Rubber/plastic blocks that the rear window sets on

Would anybody have an extra set of these spacer blocks for a 69 Charger? Are they even needed or can something else be improvised?

Yeah, they should be used. They hold the rear window up off the window channel as the seal sets. They are included in any new 3M® - Window-Weld™ Ribbon Sealer Auto Glass Replacement Kit. Kits are available in several different widths and can be purchased at most auto part chains.
