Being a police officer is a serious job and with 8 problems in his personnel record, it's evident that he can't comprehend the responsibility he has. This is just as bad as texting and driving, if not worse. Fire the jerk, the city he works for is going to be paying for this for a long time and will never totally help the person he hurt.

I have found, there is a % of jerks in every segment of society. And sometimes the number is not evenly dispersed so you can find a lot in one place...... I mentioned to a friend from Germany that his old Porsche did not have any cup holders.His answer was "Driving is about driving, if you are thirsty, stop and have a beverage and then drive again"
