S/S Spring ?s

Does anyone have the numbers stamped onto the SS Springs ? I found a set a guy took off a Challenger that he wants to sell reasonable. I can`t find any #s here via the search. I want them,but only if I can pin down what weight car they are for. They are 20 inch on the front half,So I`m sure they are the real deal. Thanx,Don.

Try Mancini Racing the site has MP S/S springs, see if the #'s are near the same, the B-Body front section is 22", you will need some different front S/S spring hangers for the 20" front spring sections, they sell them there also, both the springs & hangers are pretty damn cheap new... A set of Calvert CalTracs Bars $369, with your stock springs & front spring roller sliders $69 each, would probably be a better overall investment... Unless your dead set on the Super Stock springs, which are only like $220 new, for just B-Body S/S springs, no hangers etc...

put ss springs on a 64 B Body once and it was squirrely as heII..
must have been my error...but "stock" springs worked fine.

My 63 has 20 inch front segments as oem,so no hanger issues. I rode in a 64 years ago with these springs & it flat hooked. Ride was not objectionable. I did find some #s on Moparts. 456 &457 are 3400 lb & 454 & 455 are 3800 lb.

All SS springs have 20" front segments.Thats why b and e bodies need special front spring perches.Like the ones in the pic.You can get away with running standard perches if you run smaller tires.
I run the 002 and 003 SS springs,pinion snubber,spring sliders,adjustable spring perches,and air shocks.Consistent 1.55 60ft foot braking on a 9"tire @3700 race weight.
