Found some pics of my 71 GTX that used as a daily driver from 1983 to 1990. It was my transportation.
AM/FM,6way,355 posi. Very original

I was the 2nd owner. Had window sticker. Sold at Jim Rose CP in Petaluma Ca. Just wondering if car is still around?
Sold it 1990. Buyer sent pics of it partial restored.

Just found this copy I made of window sticker before I sold it.
The DMV had made a mistake in vin and made the U a V on title

Had the same thing but a rr with white top and interior. I was second owner. Lived in Torrance CA.
Pretty much gave it away in 1986 when I went in the Navy.‍‍‍‍‍‍

My fc7 didn’t come with the white stripes on the front fenders but I might have to make an exception on that one……I just love those stripes on every color gtx…..

Is that some sort of canvas sun roof? There's a grey square in the middle of the roof in a couple of the pics.

Looks to me like the vinyl was peeling...then was cut out?

It was peeling and I had cut the center out at seams.

A friend of mine here in New Zealand recently bought a green 71 RR, 440 6pack 4 speed car, been here since 2016, the dealer emblem on the trunk left quarter has it as Dicks Plc from El Paso.
He's as happy as a dog with two tails as you would expect. Hoping to catch up with him on a run soon and grab some pictures.
