Glad the guys Dad only suffered a broken leg and the guy in the back was not killed.. The guys Dad could have had his legs cut right off!! Says it happened in Pa. here last night.. Car looks be repairable.

Thats scary. I almost had a newer mustang as a hood ornament on my truck yesterday when some moron was getting ready to pull out right in front of me. I had to slam on my brakes, luckily he was smart enough to stop before it was too late.

Nuts......if I can, I'm getting well off the road even if I have to push the dang thing and do that when there's a lull in the traffic.....if that ever happens. If it doesn't, then I get away from the car enough to be safe.

I'm not sure if it applies here, but IMO distracted driving is a much larger problem that DWI. Cell phones cause more accidents than beer, wine and liquor combined!! No exaggeration, I see multiple rear end accidents everyday out on the interstate.
I'm glad that the Dad is okay and pray for a full recovery.
The car can be fixed, a lost life cannot.

Down right scary right there. A blink of an eye... I agree with IB I’ve seen a lot , especially in the years of running a hook. Thank God he is ok! The big guy above or a guardian angel was there keeping watch. I hope the car turns out nice again as I worry now a days if folks even carry insuarance. My son got in a wreck and the girl presented a old/ fake card and we had to let our insurance take the uninsured claim cops could care less.
