Our Second trip to the Drag strip and I cam home a very happy Camper
The Charger was flying 7.604 @ 90.74
We still have room for a little more improvement

SWEET and thanks for the video. Looks like so much fun. What does the charger weigh?

Say....is your YouTube channel on the FBBO list?

Very cool, brings back memories when I began racing. In the beginning I learned simple adjustments, made huge improvements. Where is this drag strip? Best of luck!

It's the old Brainerd Optimist Strip
it opened in 1957
It's still owned by the Optimist club but it's leased out and run as Brainerd Motorsports Park
its just over the TN/GA line in Ringold GA

Sounds good to

7.90 (edited; 7.604 sorry, final time is still correct) 1/8th is about 11.90s 1/4,
respectable run

edited; 11.93 at an 7.604 X 1.57 1/4 ratio

Except he ran a 7.604, not a 7.90. That's really good for a 3800 pound car.

Tom
it's 11.90's (11.93128 ET) anyway, I miss printed his time
don't know why, just didn't proof read it

7.604 (1/8th mile) x 1.57 (1/4 conversion) = 11.93128 ET in a 1/4 mile
