Is there a company that makes a fuel sending unit with a larger pipe?

I installed a Torqe Storm SC and I do not think the OE sending unit will deliver enough fuel for the electric fuel pump I installed. (Magna fuel MP4450 pro star 500 combo)

I have -8 AN lines and I have the fittings to weld into the tank if I need to reroute/build a different system and just bypass the sending unit all together

Thank you

Might depend on the application. Have you considered an in tank pump? You can push a lot of fuel with one.

I only use the factory sending unit for the fuel gauge. I pull fuel out of holes in an add-on sump. You could build your own fuel pickup too pretty easily

I spent a little over $500 on the one I just bought and I don’t want to get over my budget buying an in tank pump and I didn’t think about an in tank pump or I would have done this differently

I have an idea to weld on a -8 fitting with a length of pipe attach to get closer to the bottom of the tank

What kind of add on sump? I was thinking about fabbing one into the bottom. Like one in a fuel cell.

I got tired of the ifs and the constant worries
So I designed a system around the Tanks Inc tank, in tank pump, and floatless sending unit for the gauge
I have half inch fuel line to the regulator and fuel log, 3/8 return line
it may be over kill but it works and I have room for even more HP later if I make changes

What year and model car? Factory tank?
67 Satellite. I ordered an aftermarket sump from Speedway motors. This will fix the problem. Didn’t know they made one and I was thinking about making one but this will be the fix
