I guess this actually belongs here. Looks like a 294 stamped into it?

That looks like a Hurst shift lever, as I believe all mopar factory levers for manual transmissions had square ends and not rounded like in your picture.
 
My Hurst Comp pro, for my '69 Bee, square levers. I cannot guarantee the levers are factory / hurst or whos.
