Hi Guys,

I will be shipping a 6.4 392 engine out of a 2013 Challenger soon. I was able to find plugs/caps for the coolant opening and oil openings from the oil cooler on the engine but I can't seem to find a cap/plug for where the oil filter would go. The freight company wants the oil filter to be removed. I did drain most of the oil and coolant, about as much as one can without turning the engine upside down and dont want any drips to jam up transit.

What have you guys used to plug/cap/cover this opening?

zip tie a plastic bag over the opening and stuff a small rag inside.

I put a piece of wadded-up paper towel in the oil passage, and tape it up[masking tape]. Just note to the buyer about the paper-towel.

Thank you for the comments guys. I really appreciate them and they have solved my issue.
