I have a 63 B body with #150b per inch torsion bars and a big block. Does anyone out there know what shocks I could use without spending hundreds of bucks per shock. These bars are slightly softer than solo bars and need a pretty firm shock to control them. Thanks, Dave

I don't know how the #150lb/inch compares to what I have in my '67 Barracuda, but I have Firm Feel 1" torsion bars in it with a 400. I am running Bilstein RCD shocks. I like it out on the road. It drives well and absorbs the bumps nicely without being jarring like the KYB's that were in it when I bought it were. I plan to put Bilsteins in my Charger when it gets to that point as well.

I don't remember if I got my Bilstein shocks from Firm Feel or PST. I think I got them from PST and there was a member discount through them. I want to say they were around $400 for the set of four, minus the discount, which I believe was 10% off. You can contact James from PST (@PST) on here to ask about it. Their username is "PST"

#150 bars were, designed for solo and road racing so those should work for me. Thanx for the info.
