The reflective stripes really do "pop" when you get the light right...but I still can't get behind the idea of putting the flat black stripes on it.

What a pair of black beauties! I love the black stipes on a black car (see Propwash's family affair thread) but I don't know if I'd go with the black stripes and these cool reflective stripes together. Might be over doing it. Its excellent as is.

The look of the coloured high beam lenses is just awesome especially as a contrast to your paint scheme. Where are those available if you don't mind my asking and do you still get a good high beam out of them?

Thanks Photon! djais1801 pm'd me and told me the same thing except he used krylon stained glass yellow rattle can. I also looked at VHT as they have similar products.

I picked up an extra pair of High Beam Halogen's to give it a try.... So far I've only seen the contrast on blue cars so I'm a little undecided of how it would look with my Orange.... I've heard some opinions that don't think it will look right, some say the Amber will look good and a few people say try and get them as Orange as possible to match the body.... Jury is out I guess

Here's some pics of a 69 Coronet RT I had about 7 years ago. At the time I didn't have the money or resources to do anything with it the way it was intended so I managed to sell it for exactly what I had into it but I will say when I owned it I lived in downtown Toronto and driving the looks on people's faces when I was driving this thing around the city were priceless!

Has anyone done the yellow headbeam treatment on an Orange Car? Pics? I've got my Krylon and a spare set of highbeams ready to go just wanted an idea of what it will look like first

I had kind of a brainfart today that the new Orange Challengers have an Amber look to the inside bulb and it looks good. I'm just gonna spray them and go for it! Worse case I'm out 30 bucks and I've got another set of clear that I was ready to out on since I'm changing to Halogen anyways
