Gary, mention "Internet fraud" to any lawyer or Attorney General in your home town, I'm sure someone will take the case and the scammer will be contacted through appropriate channels and then he might take notice. Until then, he will continue to take peoples money and produce no product, as he's done in the past

I'm glad yours got resolved. I have $1240 in fiberglass on order and he is doing the same **** to me. Its been 3 months. He wont give me an eta. His voicemail is full. He ignores PM's. I think I will file a lawsuit in texas small claims court. Then not only will he have to address the issue, but he will have to pay to come to texas or pay to have an attorney represent him.
