Small block to 440 Swap 72 Charger Radiator/water Pump Querstion

Im currently working on 318 to 440 swap on a 1972 Charger, I have a C body 3 core radiator, with outlet on Passenger side, will this work in the swap if I use the passenger water pump housing with the passenger outlet?
