Speedometer Rebuild and Calibrate?

Hello, my Rallye 150 MPH Speedometer was bench tested and was off 7mph. Think it needs a rebuild and calibration? Can I fix it myself? Instructions? A good place to send it?

Have you tried swapping out the pinion drive gear in the transmission? May only be one tooth out - up or down.

7 mph consistently or off at higher speeds? Factory speedos weren't accurate from day one. If it's consistent then I would look at the pinion gear as suggested.
