Spot weld rmv should i drill thru completely and leave a hole

Or should i jut drill thru the top spot weld and leave the bottom spot weld to plug weld with? Thanks

Are you talking about taking out the floor pans? Where are you drilling?

No, just drill one layer.

Just drill the pans. Not the frames. Then you'll need to clean off the welds from the frames with a carbide wheel.
