spotted today! 73/4 RR

I saw this today making its rounds to the bars in town so I got a pic, its a 440 4 speed and will do a burn out !

Its a 73 or 4? and RR or not I don't know but its nice to see hot rods still running around.

I guess it does do burnouts when you get some drunked up yahoo behind the wheel going from bar to bar.
