On cold start, what would cause starter to turn very fast? Almost sounds like fast ticking, then slows down to crank normally. After the car is warmed up the starter with crank over normally and sounds fine. Oddly only when cold. Recently replaced positive battery cable. For a while after cable replacement, starter would crank fine when cold. More so just recently is when the starter started to make this fast tick noise when cold
