Here is a sequence captured from a video of a .02 light.

Last yellow is on, pre stage light is also on. Front end is starting to lift.

Hi Not really, if you stage shallow . the front end is going UP gives you more room to not mess up, no forward motion

I just realized, I said it wrong. That an .002 or .502 depending on how your track does it.
 
Ya I'd take a .502 all the way to the finals & winner circle most any day.
