My 66 Coronet needs a new box. I'm leaning towards the Lares 11033. My dilemma is the return line. The car originally came with a 5/8 return line, which it still has because it's original. But it looks like all new new boxes have a 3/8 return. Have any of you run into this and if so what did you do? I put a Borgusen system on the Charger but I'm trying to keep this more original

I had the same issue on my '67 Dart and just used a reducer fitting to go from the 5/8 line down to 3/8 at the box - worked fine and kept the original hose.

I put that unit in my 67 wagon plus one of their new[ Saginaw] pumps. Like it. You'll probably need to put together some fittings for the return hose size difference. Also if you have headers like me, 440 w/Hedmans, #3 and #5 need to be thumped to clear the box[ 3] and coupler[ 5].
