Starting to get close to paint on the full restoration of my 69 charger, and I’m thinking it’s time I restored the steering column.

Looks like a pretty straight forward job but I thought I would post up on here to learn any tips and tricks from you guys and gals that have done this before.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Here's a tip/trick. When installing these 2 square bolts use magnets to hold them in place while assembling the bearing housing. The head of the bolts drop into slots on the tube.

Pics to help better explain.
