Steering Wheel

I ordered from Classic Industries a 69 charger rally steering wheel back in December of 2020. They said they would be arriving soon. I have called several times to check the status. They said they would honor my order price of 489.99 for the wheel but they still have not received them as of 01/12/2022. I ordered this well before all the supply chain issues. How do I go about getting a new woodgrain steering wheel for that price? Feel like I am being held hostage to get one and current prices are over 600 buck. I just cant do that price, much less find one to buy that is in stock. Really getting tired of the run around.
