Yep I am snowed out of my jobs even if I wasn’t I wouldn’t work in these temps outdoors..
I had to shovel my way to the garage yesterday, it sucked!

last week I declared Sundays are back on.......so with a Super Bowl looming, I managed a couple hours on The Mellon ......
it only took a few minutes with a paper towel and some compound to clean up the rocker moldings, I know exactly where that 37 year old yellow dirt came from....... they are in great shape for a driver......had to locate and drill a few holes
1/4 skins and wheel opening trim from Year One 2001ish ........ the fit is surprisingly easy and awesome
I drilled my emblem holes, and got carried away with some masking tape....... the other side should be just as easy

I love the masking tape stripes. Did I tell you silver is my favorite colour? I can picture it all shiny, the heck with the green. Instead of the Melon it could be the silver bullet.
Taking the time to clean up and fitting all the trim pieces now will make a big difference when you get the car ready for final assembly.

I like silver, prob my second favorite color on a car; but I'm into original colors and Green has always been my favorite....... I bought the car because it was green; I was looking at a couple others at the time

The white stripes pop well on that dark green.
