Superbird headlight ground wire

Anyone have a picture of the correct location for the attaching point for the headlight ground wire on a Superbird?

Is that car Petty Blue or B5? I always ask owners of B5 Blue Superbirds if their VIN ends in 02. I have a build sheet for a B5 Blue Superbird that is not mine.

Also, I believe the black strap that is in the picture on top of the radiator support that retains the wires and vacuum hoses is a little longer than the other similar straps used under the hood for the wiring, right? Any idea where I can buy one?
