Sway Bar for my 1971 plymouth GTX

I have 2, 1971 B-body vehicles - one is a factor Charger RT Trac Pac and has the sway bar that mounts on the middle of the k member with the flat rectangular metal braces. This looks to be all original and correct for 1971.

I just dropped the k member out of my 1971 GTX project car and was surprised to find a different (and damaged) sway bar set-up. It attaches near the end of the front arms of the k member and the drivers side mount appears to have hit something resulting in damage to the sway bar mount.

I'm trying to determine what K Member I have ... it looks like this one...

The sway bar looks alot like this ebay listing for an A-body sway bar...

Is it possible that somewhere along the way my K member was swapped out for a different model year and that I could, in fact, require a sway bar that came off an A-body mopar for my B-body application?

This is the correct K and sway bar for both of your 71 440HP's. 440HP's had the skid plate. 383 car won't.
The sway bar in the ebay ad is either a 66-69B or 73-6A
Also that 6-pack K should have a skid plate.

sounds like someone used abody LCA's the sway bar mounts should be closer to the middle like in the pic, I don't think an abody k member fits a bbody but don't quote me on that!
