So I put an item MN1463 in my cart, apply the code and it says the code is invalid...
 
Bought some headrests for my wife’s Ford...parts were not up to par by any means, expensive and they were no help when I called.

Unfortunately, Classic Industries customer service is about the worst out there. The only possible way for you guys having issues with their products is to call them out here. Does absolutely no good to call them. Piss poor company imo.
 
CI is probably not the old CI we used to know.....like most parts repo companies, CI has probably been bought and sold several times, the quality is ****, and no one cares. It’s why I just usually pay for nos stuff even if it the part / parts need work or a restoration.....Joe Suchy is the only one out there who cares these days !
 
Guys they don't even read the board if you put @ClassicIndustries1 in your message most times. Maybe me doing so might get you some answers....
The guy who posted was @classicinstries3 but that doesn’t show up when I just tried to call it, just 1. Who knows...
 
Hello, I just received a remanufactured 440 distributor from C.I. the module in it is INOP and shaft play is way out of spec. Can I return it??

Unfortunately, as some of you may know, there may be only one supplier for a given product, and sometimes that product's quality isn't exactly what we'd hope to see.

We're sorry you feel that way and sorry if you've received poor customer service over the phone in the past. Our customer service agents generally speak to about 60-100 customers per day. With that said, most customer concerns are resolved in a satisfactory way, but sometimes customers may not get the resolution they were hoping for. If this happens, we ask that you request to speak to a resolution specialist to see if we can't work together to come to an agreeable resolution.

We also ask that customers be a little more understanding of the pandemic-related challenges that we, and many other companies, are still dealing with. We've had to make many modifications to our operations and some things are not as efficient as we'd like. We do care about our customers and we're actively working to improve our operations to better serve the automotive community.

Well,i've been waiting for a couple of months for someone at Classic to get back to me. I've been told on 3 separate occasions that i would receive a new set of front set covers and someone would call me in a day or two, i've heard this 3 times now. I sent pictures showing where the covers where falling apart. dm sent

I certainly appreciate your reply, I am happy to hear Classic Industries is still the same! I hate I was the one to kick the doggie do, then ribbing the good folks at CI.....and this is NOT an excuse but the hobby has become...weird... bombarded with ridiculousness....so many companies, so many parts, so many bullshizzers, for the lack of a better way to put it. The information coming at us grey beards, it’s overwhelming and frustrations turns to negativity. I will DM for some parts prices.... thank you.
