Tesla and the other guys

Maybe, but you needn't get the big Telsa. The dual motor Model 3 can be had for $35,000 less than that and still go 0-60 in just over three seconds and an 11.8 quarter mile. I'm sure they would take a bath at Nurburgring, but here it is anyway.

Sounded like tires took a pretty good thrashing. Nonetheless, that thing accelerates like a rocket. Weird watching it with no engine noise.

One thing I never liked about the Tesla was the bland dashboards. Exciting stuff.

Meanwhile, Mercedes put this interior into their electric EQS for 2022. Much classier.

I pass at least 8 model 3's on my way to and from work every day.

That's pretty impressive in my book.

I don't pass that many camaros and only slightly more mustangs.

The problem with a electric car is if my gas powered battery is dead I get a jump start if I run out of fuel I go to a gas station and get gas. If your electric car won't start ( and this can happen ) you have it towed to the dealer.

Depends. If the electric car won't start because of a depleted battery, you can get a boost from a mobile battery charging unit. If your gasoline car won't start because of an internal fault, you have it towed to the dealer.

I've run out of gas once in my life and that was because the gas gauge didn't work, personally I am not worried about it.
