I wont get into the entire story of how this happened, but basically I was wrongfully towed from my parking garage, so that was mistake #1 by the towing company. I picked the car up at 1030pm, looked over the car and did not see any damage since it was dark. The next morning, I find what you see below. Obviously I was irrate, and the criminal towing company claims there was no way they caused that damage, absolute BS. So ive threatened death, dismemberment, lawsuit, etc. Just trying to get opinions on what its going to take to fix this? I also attached a pic of her, along with my old mans jeepster, in her once pristine state.

If your fingernail catches the scratch when you drag it across it, it's a refinish situation. If not it could be polished...looks to me like your painting!
