Odessa has some creepy sorties of haunting people have overcame and indured for decades mentally but the one about the haunted fence is by far a interesting cup of tea under the sun sitting by a lake..
the haunted fence was what scientist based a build on a modern AI secure fencing with rails ontop that a camera and built in sensor would move around on in the yard..
